The Ascent Health & Sport Therapy team will delve into the physical and mental benefits of outdoor activity, while our knowledgeable friends from Risewell will guide us on building resilience through nature and mindfulness tools.

Banded Peak will be providing some of your favourite craft beers, while Patagonia Calgary will provide their stellar space and access to shop their inventory. PLUS we will be giving away amazing prizes! Including a sport science assessment at Ascent and a Patagonia Blackhole Duffel bag! 

Tickets are $5 with proceeds benefiting Mountain Muskox, a charity that offers circles of support for people who have been impacted by loss or trauma in the mountains.

Inspired by the protective circle of the muskoxen, Mountain Muskox is a group of mountain community members coming together with professional facilitators whos mission is to crate a community to support and care for those who have been impacted by loss or trauma in the mountains. Through peer circles they can provide healing safety, connection and support.⁣
